Chairman


J Randolph Camilleri TechRICS MInst Pet has extensive experience in land surveying both locally and overseas over a period in excess of thirty five years. Randolph is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is currently president of the Land Surveyors Society of Malta. He is a court expert for the Malta Court of Justice on land (boundary) disputes. His career as a land surveyor started in 1967 where he worked for the Department of Public Works. Between 1972 and 1976, J Randolph Camilleri was appointed as head surveyor on the Luqa Airport Extension Project.

In 1976, he moved to Libya to work for Western Geophysical Company. He was appointed as Head Surveyor and later appointed Assistant Party Manager. In 1981, J Randolph Camilleri went into catering and he co-owned Rokna Caterers Limited which, to date it operates as a hotel and a restaurant and Saqqajja Caterers Limited which operates as a restaurant. In 1990 J Randolph Camilleri set up Randolph Camilleri Surveys Limited and is formally registered with the Registrar of Commercial Partnership.

Michelle Camilleri started her career with Randolph Camilleri Surveys limited in 1990 (after college) with her post within the company being that of a Land Surveyor’s Assistant. In 1994, Michelle further enriched her capabilities by successfully completing a Land surveying course at the Naxxar Technical Institute in Malta. Following completion of this course, she enrolled and attended a three-year full time degree course at Nottingham Trent University, UK, obtaining a BSc. Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

On completion of her studies, in 2000, she was employed as a graduate quantity surveyor with Atkins Faithful & Gould and subsequently seconded to Tesco Ltd on a major store nationwide refurbishment programme, where she formed part of a dedicated team. The team consisted of 40 experts in different fields, with an annual budget of GBP 300M and Michelle having the role of a Value Manager.

Following this positive working experience, Michelle returned to the Maltese Islands in August 2002 and is currently the CEO of Randolph Camilleri Surveys Limited.

Michelle is actively involved in the local chapter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Malta) and currently holds the seat of Honorary Secretary. She has recently been elected Vice President of the European Council of Geodetic Surveyors (CLGE) and is also a member of the Malta Institution of Surveyors (MIoS)





Head of Land Surveying Department


Noel Azzopardi started his career with Randolph Camilleri Surveys in 1994 as a sponsored student whilst attending a three year course at the Naxxar Technical Institute in Malta successfully completing an Architect’s Assistant and Draughtsman Course organised by the Education Division. Following completion of this course in 1997, he furthered his studies by obtaining a certificate in advanced CAD programming organised by th Integrated Business Systems here in Malta. In 1998, Noel obtained a Diploma in 3D Modelling from Instituto Technicho San Antonio, Roma, Italy and 2000 Randolph Camilleri Surveys invested in Noel’s skills by sending him to France to complete a course in Photogrammatic and Rectification Skills organised by ENSAIS in Strasbourg.

Throughout the last 12 years, Noel has extensive works experience in Land Surveying managing a considerable number of projects (both local and overseas). His expertise in this field is an asset to the surveying crews and his attention to detail is of utmost importance to the drawing office.

Noel is a member of the Land Surveyor’s Society Malta and a student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.



Head of Cost Management Dep & Senior Partner


Sandro Schembri started his career in 1986 when he successfully attended a three year Architect’s Assistant and Draughtsman Course organised by the Education Division. Following completion of this course, the subsequent employment in the private sector alongside an expatriate Chartered Quantity Surveyor, motivated Sandro to understand the importance of further enriching his capabilities through enrolment into the distance-learning Diploma in Surveying (College of Estate Management, Reading). In September 2001, he successfully attained full membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Quantity Surveying Faculty).

Complementary to the cost management function, Sandro has extensive interest in Project Management, with significant further development in the field being achieved through the successful completion of the MBA (Real Estate & Construction) and RICS Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (RICS) in September 2004.

Following participation in short course jointly organised by the Malta Arbitration Centre and the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators (UK) in May 2001, attained
associated membership status within the same institution.

Throughout the last 16 years, Sandro has extensive works experience in a considerable number of projects (both local and overseas) with different client’s ranging from a central government department, to a main contractor, client and presently a multi-disciplinary organisation.

Sandro is similarly actively involved in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, both through being appointed as the European Representative in the Project Management Faculty and also in RICS Malta, currently being entrusted with the role of Public Relations and Educational Officer.
